Prior to scheduling inventory – pre-planning guide with data collection forms will be provided to you. The detailed information you provide prior to the inventory will speed up the inventory process. It will also allow you time to accumulate the receipts or documentation you need to prove ownership or additional information concerning your property.

At time of inventory – efficiently create inventory as detailed as you desire including digital photographs and digital video.  Training will be provided on the RAETEX provided software, “My I.C.E. Plan’’. You have the choice of all work being performed at your location or splitting the time between your residence and off-site. Digital archival of photographs or documents are included during the time at your residence or off-site.

After completion of inventory – Within seven days, you will receive your inventory, including photographs and videos on a USB Flash drive that contains the software utilized to create the inventory. This will allow you to create, update and print your inventory at your discretion. You are free to make as many copies of the inventory as you desire.

RAETEX Home Inventory Service will provide assistance with updating your inventory and using the software.
